Large kitchen with built in units and electric hob and oven. Fridge and breakfast bar area. This room is on an open plan scheme and has a carpeted family room with French doors leading to patio area at rear of house. Bed settee,for additional sleeping accommodation.

Utility room with automatic washing machine and clothes airer is off of this room Ironing board and iron located here.Access to back door

Spacious lounge with bay window with comfortable furniture and t.v.where you can relax after a hard days sightseeing. Large selection of paperbacks, toys and board games to keep everyone amused.

Bedroom 1. Double bed with bedside cabinets and lights .Built in wardrobes with sliding doors.

Upstairs
Bedroom 2 .Large double room with two single beds bedside tables and lights Wall to wall  fitted wardrobes
Bathroom .Three piece pastel bathroom suite.
Bedroom 3  Double bed with bedside cabinets and lights.Door to dressing room.This room has built in wardrobes and a cot is available if required.Door leading  to en-suite shower room with  wash hand basin and toilet. Built in cupboard . Z-Bed can be put up in dressing room if required.

Gas Central Heating -radiators in all rooms and hot water on demand

LINEN

All  towels and linen are provided for your holiday visit and no extra charge will be made for these.Extra blankets and pillows are also available Linen will be changed weekly should your stay be longer than a week.
