Sea Haven is a traditional fisher house situated close to the picturesque harbour /marina in the small N.E. coastal village of  Findochty. This holiday home is ideally sited between the main town of Buckie which is the major fishing port of the area and Cullen which attracts many holiday visitors to its large sandy beach. No matter what your holiday preferences ,be it fly fishing ,sea angling ,sandy beaches, dolphin watching, the Castle and Whisky Trails and an abundance of golf courses. All can be found within a short distance from your holiday home

Traditional  three bedroomed  fisher house. Double glazing  and gas central heating. Large enclosed garden to the rear which  has patio area with garden furniture. Only  yards away from the marina/harbour. Findochty also has two small sandy beaches if you did not want to travel the three miles to Cullen. Village shops include a grocery store / newsagents, post office, chemist library and fish and chip shop.. Beside the harbour is the local pub ,the Admirals Inn where you can get an excellent meal. Larger shops can be found three miles away in Buckie. An hourly bus service serves the village.

ACCOMMODATION
Large kitchen with built in units and gas cooker. Fridge, automatic washing machine, microwave oven and all necessary utensils and dishes. Off from the kitchen there is the utility room which houses the central heating boiler.

Door from utility room to a family room /dining room.. This room has a double bed settee for extra accommodation. Back door leading to enclosed garden and patio area. This is an ideal private sun trap.

Lounge with comfortable furniture, Sky T.V. and video recorder where you can relax in the evening. Large selection of paperbacks, toys, board games and videos to keep everyone amused should the weather be inclement.

Bathroom is situated downstairs, spacious room with mixer shower over the bath.

UPSTAIRS
Bedroom 1.-Double bed with bedside tables and lamps. Plenty of space for clothes in wardrobe and drawer units
Bedroom 2. Two single beds, bedside tables and lights. Wardrobe and drawer units.
Bedroom 3.-Single room with bed, bedside table, light, small wardrobe and drawer unit.

GAS CENTRAL HEATING
Radiators in all rooms and cost of central heating is included in the rental price.

LINEN
All towels and linen are provided for your holiday visit and this is included in the price of your rental. Extra blankets and pillows are also provided. Linen will be changed Saturday should your stay be longer than a week

WELCOME PACK
On your arrival you will find that we have provided a few of the essentials you will need to get your holiday off to a relaxing start (bread, tea, coffee, sugar, butter, milk, biscuits etc).

We are sure you will find this helpful especially if your arrival has been delayed.

TOURIST INFORMATION
A folder can be found in the living room containing brochures of the many sights and attractions to be found in the area. We have also made up a brochure with the local area in mind showing local walks, the best beaches, golf courses etc. We are also only a phone call away and if you require extra information or help we will try our best to help you. We will endeavour to make your holiday stay a happy one
